This month’s heart to heart is on setting goals. I chose this topic because this time of year can bring goals and resolutions to the front of our mind. But I had no idea where this episode would go or what would be on my heart when I recorded it. It’s a good one!
In this episode, I give insight into how to make goals differently – the kind that releases the heavy catabolic energy that can be associated with setting goals and helps you see goals in a new way where they’re fun and expansive.
The doors to my new online community are going to open on Valentine’s Day (Thursday, February 14, 2019). The community won’t be opening up to the public until later this year, but as podcast listeners, you’re a part of a select group who will be invited to be part of this community in this first phase. Want to get notified when the community launches? Go to joanna-platt.com/community to get on the list.
Questions:
- I love goal setting! Each year I write out my 3 biggest goals and then break them down into smaller goals – quarterly and monthly, so that I don’t get overwhelmed with how big my goals are. I’m not always great at staying on track with them though, what’s your favorite tip for keeping and achieving goals? – @luxandvitadsn
- How do you set a goal and stay detached from the outcome? – @joanna_platt
